Purchase Policy

• Quotes are good for a period of 30 days.
• Purchases on emulator systems can be made by purchase order only.
• Credit card payment is allowed on parts, first three months rental, repair service, and STAR 1 support contracts.
• Payment terms: Net 30, FOB Tustin, California.
• Preferred shipment is via FedEx second day air.

• The rental price is 10 percent of purchase price per month.
• There is a three-month minimum rental period. Payment required before shipment.
• 85 percent of your payment may apply to purchase of equipment for on-time payments.
• A maximum of 85 percent equity can be accrued.
• Credit cards can be used for first three months rent only.

Warranty Policy

American Arium warrants its products against all defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the shipment date, except LC-500 (90-days). For more details, see our  warranty programs page.

Credit Card Policy

American Arium accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. A 4% charge for all orders over $1000 will be applied (rental payments are excluded).

Return Policy

A restocking charge of ten percent of the purchase price is applied. Returned products will not be accepted without an RMA number.
