Adapters and Interposers

A JTAG test access port (TAP) adapter is that part of our debug tool that fits on the end of the personality module or flexible cable that runs from the emulator to your target. TAPs may be purchased separately and can be used with ECM series emulators when you do not have a debug port on your motherboard.

	HSS-MRV High-speed serial trace adapter for the HS-1000S trace port analyzer and targets with compatible Marvell debug ports and chips.
	ITP-XDP-SSA ITP to SAA Adapter (Green)
	ITP-CRB-SSA ITP to SSA Adapter (Red)
	ITP-XDP-SFF 24->60-pin adapter to small ITP JTAG port. For boards with debug ports whose pins lie parallel to the board. For use with ECM-50/PBD-XDP and ECM-XDP.
	TAP-YM Interposer board for Intel® Core™ Solo and Intel® Core™ Duo processors (Socket M). For boards without debug ports. For use with ECM-50/PBD-XDP and ECM-XDP.
	TAP-MB Interposer board for Intel® Core™2 Duo processor (Socket P). For boards without debug ports. For use with ECM-50/PBD-XDP and ECM-XDP.
	ITP-FLXXDP 28->60-pin adapter to small ITP JTAG port. For more information, see the Intel Debug Port Design Guide for UP/DP Systems. For boards with debug ports whose pins lie parallel to the board. For use with ECM-50/PBD-XDP and ECM-XDP.
	TAP-PSC Interposer board for Intel® Pentium® 4 processors (478-pin PGA). For boards without debug ports. For use with ECM-50/PBD-700/700M.
